It's been two years since release, how's the game's performance? Are most of the bugs sorted out? Should I pick this up?

Is there a hotkey or way to set hotkey for heal without having to unequip a weapon to use it then set the weapon back? I'm using a Controller on PC

I've read some really nasty things as well as some good things. More importantly ( for the price you pay ) is this a long game?

PC Bugs - When starting a new game, the opening cut scene lags a lot.
