I downloaded the game, launched the launcher, clicked “play” and the game did not start. HELP

I recently changed my PC and ICBM doesn't run on my new PC. Sometimes I click the game and even the launcher won't open, other times the game just went nowhere with nothing after click play on launcher. Everything just gone after click play on launcher. I have tried everything and nothing has worked.

every time i open it the launcher works perfectly fine, but when i try to open the game it appears on my taskbar but the window is invisible and i cant open it. I've tried verifying files but don't now what to do
