Hello, my daughter loves this game but we have the following issues: 1. Game is supposed to support controllers but does not pick up any! Mouse and keyboard works but no matter what I try this game refused to pick up any of my game controllers. The controllers work perfectly everywhere else, so it's not a local issue. I can't see any way to 'toggle' or enable them in-game either. 2. Starting a new game overwrites the old one. It would be good if it had more than one save game slot to choose from. 3. No ...

I bought this game for my cousin and the birds in the game are so loud and you can't turn the birds sound off :( we turned every volume slider down and nothing works. Please help! The birds are also floating around town but that's less of an issue :D

I'm having trouble with the two quests early in the game where we are supposed to find all the purple crystals and find all the history books. I found all the items. In the quest description lists, all the crystals and all the books are crossed off, and I have all six of each (the books and the crystals). But when I return to the unicorn that is asking for the items in the quest, I don't get the "quest complete" message and nothing happens.
