We just started to play this game with bunch of friends but I think there is no one else left playing so the queue never ends it takes 30minutes-1hour to start a game.. Anyone out there ?

Hello I am playing this game for a while with my friends but somehow my cosmetic progress and level in the lobby is invisible and I cannot use any of the obtained cosmetics at all. Have you guys had similar problem and if yes how I can fix it? I reinstalled and troubleshooted the game but there is no result....
