Hey everyone! We are happy to share some great news with you today.

We Stay Behind is part of the Games Baked in Germany Steam event running this week. We created a brand-new trailer with voice acting, that premiered during the event showcase yesterday. We're really happy with our voice actors and how the trailer turned out and are excited to be able to share it with you!

But not only does our trailer feature actual dialogue from the game - our demo is now fully voiced in English as well, so that you can finally get an impression of how the voice acting changes the feeling and immersion of the game. Get the updated demo and take a look (or listen) yourself!

Thoughts on the demo

First of all, I want to say good work. The premise is intriguing The conversation in the short demo really got me wanting to know more and the dialog was well written, which is not a given at all in most games these days. The art is gorgeous and unique. Hell, I even liked the music and I usually turn off the music in most games. Now onto some constructive (I hope) criticism and questions. Can't get past menu screen

Game is unresponsive at the menu screen. Demo is running build .0035 i think?

Fatal error due to outdated Intel graphics driver.

To whom it may concern. Pretty new laptop, but I got a "Fatal error" while starting the game due to outdated Intel XE Graphics drivers. The game apparently needs at least version 30.0.101.1340. I downloaded the latest driver here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html EDIT: Unfortunately, I got a "Exit code 8 "No driver was found that can be installed on the current device", so... I'm out, no We Stay Behind for me. I liked Unforeseen In...
