The progress of the game is, at the moment, a little slower than expected because the work is divided into several branches :

• Listening to the users and respond to them as soon as possible.
  
• Solve the bugs of the E.A.
  
• Continue the migration of the game to Unreal Engine.
  
• Various communication.

This is why the publications will be at irregular intervals (contrary to the previous announcement which planned 2 releases per month).

Your feedback is as clear as it is diametrically opposed... The game is too difficult for the happiness of some and the misfortune of others. That's why the final version will include 2 distinct branches in order to satisfy all users:

• A campaign mode.
  
• A career mode.

The campaign mode will be based on multiple missions exclusively. The mode will offer an option to manually start and shut down the helicopter if you wish. There will be no question of taking the helicopter out of the hangar, pre-flighting etc.
This is a mode for users who are looking for immediate action without worrying about tedious checking procedures.

The career mode is the main idea of the game, namely the management of a helicopter company with all that it implies: mandatory procedures, maintenance, the purchase of new helicopters and hangars, fuel and of course missions to manage all the financial part.
You'll get more details as the game progresses.

Here again, opinions are divided: too difficult vs. too easy. The difference in difficulty is too great. This is why several flight models will be proposed in the final version of the game:

• The simulator mode: current flight model without assistance, physically correct.
  
• The advanced realistic mode: simplified flight model, not based on physics but representative of the real behavior of a helicopter.
  
• The realistic mode: simplified flight model, not based on physics, which excludes some real helicopter behaviors.
  
• The arcade mode: simplified flight controls for a quick start.

Despite my vigilance, beta tests and Steam control, the game presented some bugs.

• The translation system would freeze the game. The problem is solved.

• Some joysticks are not recognized correctly. Please test the compatibility by clicking here[drive.google.com]

• When starting a mission in FPS start mode, the mission ended prematurely after starting the helicopter with the checklist. The problem is solved.

• In automatic procedure mode, the magnetos could not be set to OFF, but the indications did not indicate this and could therefore be confusing. The problem is solved.

• English translation errors. Known errors are corrected. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you find other errors.

• The Pre-flight: some users are blocked at some point during the pre-flight. To solve this problem, which could be described as ergonomic, the step in question has been removed.
  To check the navigation lights (a total of 3: 1 at the rear and 1 on each side), press the key to crouch.This will be changed so that crouching is no longer necessary.

• The zoom: there is a key to lock the camera, by default "double middle click", while the zoom control is "single middle click". It is possible to customize these commands at your convenience.

• The photo mode: some users encounter difficulties to take pictures (in the photo mission). When photographing the "chapel", a circle must turn green when the target to be photographed is well framed. In addition to this color code, a sound will be added to help you know if the framing is correct or not.

• If your joystick is working properly (check by clicking here[drive.google.com]) and your character turns on itself, you have to go to the options and remove your joystick assignment to the character.

Please do not hesitate to send me your comments and any difficulties you encounter. I want your experience to be as pleasant as possible and for that I prioritize to solve the bugs encountered and to give you quick solutions.

Every 2 weeks, Dev Logs on the evolution of the game will be published on the Steam community hub, to keep you informed of the latest developments in the game.
Early access is currently available on Steam. It is faithful to the description published on the store page, but, contrary to the first announcements, the detailed graphics are not there ... Too many performance problems encountered with Unity. Consequently, after careful consideration and more than 6 months of effort to achieve the desired graphic quality, we decided to convert the game to Unreal Engine so that it would be extremely complete and take advantage of the latest DX12 graphics technology.

The game has been tested and here are the returns that have been made:
Clearly, as it was tested before modification, simers would have found their account but novice players would have found much less. That's why I've added helpers and automatic procedures.
In order to familiarize yourself with the different procedures for turning the helicopter on and off, all items can be highlighted.

In the GAME menu, you will find a sub-menu ASSISTANCES in which you can, at any time during the game, make an adjustment of the proposed assistances according to the difficulties you encounter. For the AUTOROTATION mission, the cyclic, collective step and rudder must be set to OFF.

During the game, a window will open to give you instructions on how to proceed. If you encounter difficulties and no action has been taken, the window will open again automatically. For a quick read, the keywords are in yellow.

Except for the tutorial missions, you have the possibility to start the missions in the helicopter already ready to take off by clicking on INSTANT START.

The Unity configuration accepts all joysticks recognized by windows, with a limit of 20 buttons per joystick. Some HOTAS will not be 100% compatible.
