Why do double jumps always break

Anybody else experience freezing like every 5 minutes and it will freeze for 30 seconds? Idk why this is happening and Idk how to make it stop gonna reinstall and see if it fixes. Usually sometimes when hooking a external controller to a game it will freeze but I have no external controller connected....
