Everything is set up, the drivers are installed, other games are fine, except for this one. Any suggestions?

I was looking into this game, but apparently the word "They" is used constantly.. as opposed to him/her. Any truth to this?

I can't unlock any of them after the patch.

I just failed to recruit somebody. I dont have the time or the inclination to keep spending twenty minutes (and longer the further in I get) clicking through dialogues over and over while trying to remember every choice I made. That’s not gameplay or narrative experience. It’s just carpal tunnel. There should at minimum be autosaves at the beginnings of nights or something...

Is it possible to change your gender? I was hoping I missed it.
