This game has been great! Reminds me of an 8-bit demake of Divinity 2.

Combat is just clunky and bad. When you are placed in initiative, you will always be in that spot in the initiative. You can't delay your actions. And it is so hard to properly position your characters when they can all only move like a few spaces, and also moving while in melee range just gives up your entire turn, and also you can only attack enemies vertical or horizontal, not diagonally, and the same goes for spells, and also some corridors are extremely tight and basically force you to have only one character actually meleeing, the others just sitting around twiddling their thumbs, or use a bow. It just doesn't work well. It's frustrating.
