In any RPG I play, i try to make Necromancer/Summoner. In this game I choose Hunter as start and took the Bear and Wolf, then I picked Treant and Raise Dead and put everything into Leadership. I am so incredibly OP at level 40 now I did Nightmare lvl 50 with np and my gear is not augmented nor did I upgrade any of it. Is this game not balanced well because it's so easy as a summoner. My minions regenerate all damage each round, they hit like trucks (skeletons deal like 1k crits) and there is 0 threat. It...

Decided for new playthrough as Necromancer after years of nerf and balance changes. Now it feels like Necromancer (skeletons as minions) is not viable in the Tower. They die fast, not doing enough damage and I'm left alone when there is no more corpse to summon. Seems like there is a cap on minion stats as well so not possible to make them stronger by improving Leadership. Pretty sure it's now a lot builds can't do the Tower well. Probably only few builds are good for the Tower now. What do you think?...

Core gameplay is fun enough, and I rate it more positive than negative, but there are all sorts of issues. Balance is wonky, there are tons of basic UI and UX problems that should have never made it into even beta. Clarity is completely lacking, on a bunch of tooltips. It's unclear what branches some skills even belong to. I like the game. I just wish it ironed out these incredibly obvious issues....
