Class Skill Changes
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO CLASS SKILLS![/b]


NOTE: Changes are designed for ELITE mode. Synergies mod is also designed for ELITE mode if you read their mod description, therefore these changes may be unbalanced for other modes.
OVER ALL CHANGES
Because Monsters hit much harder now and have a lot more health, every class has a flat +25% extra health, and damage output has been increased by 10%.

Embermage
Magma Spear: has a % chance to deal extra fire damage over time
Immolation Aura: Has a % chance to deal extra fire damage over time. Also decreases ALL damage taken by 5.5%/11%/17%
Frost Phase: level req. has been removed. Also gives you a shield based on your armor rating after using the ability
Frozen Fate: Now decreases ALL damage taken by a certain % based on the skill level

Engineer
Healing Bot: Each pulse now instantly heals for a certain amount, followed by the heal-over time. Also reflects back 25% of physical damage taken
Blast Cannon: 45% chance to burn for 3 seconds
Fusillade: 45% chance to burn for 3 seconds. +5 knockback.
Gun Bot: 35% chance to shock enemies
Shock Grenade: silences for 2 seconds
Sledgebot: 35% chance to stun for 4 seconds.
Aegis of Fate: Proc chance increased. Aegis buff give 7% lifesteal and the armor buff has been increased slightly
Bulwark: % reduced damage taken has ben increased slightly

Outlander
Rune Vault: Damaged taken reduced by 15% for 8 sec after use. + 25% attack speed for 5 sec after use.
Dodge Mastery: max skill level now has +46% dodge chance
Shadowling Ammo: grants lifesteal to you
Shadowling Brute: 7% lifesteal to you

Berserker
Raze: Can generate charge, but at a 67% penalty
Ravage: mana cost decreased, damage increased by 2%
Shadow Burst: increased damage by 5%, damaged taken reduced by 50% for 2 sec after use.
Blood Hunger: Also generates mana

What about taking some things from the Tierd Passives mod? Those seemed to have pretty good progressions, and may help with balance issues.

Frost Phase change feels too strong; should probably make it start weaker and scale with points.

My embermage would take basically no damage in Synergies T1 thanks to the on-demand 20k absorbtion shield; extremely strong for a 1 point skill.

My question is does the bonus health and damage apply to all classes, including modded classes, or just defualt classes?
