解説
Once I found out that I could marry in Skyrim, I found it somewhat annoying that I had little NPCs to choose from. From all the single males and females in Skyrim (over 500 in total) you can only choose from some 60 NPCs. It's good to see that Skyrim's marriage system does not discriminate. Every possible marriage can be arranged at Riften's Temple of Mara. However, you can't marry a Bosmer, Elder or Khajiit if you are male, and you can't marry an Altmer, Bosmer, Elder or Redguard if you are female.

If Nimphaneth survives during the quest "The Taste of Death" she will stay in Reachcliff Cave and you could try my mod "Courting and Marriage". No guarantees however, but still good luck!

Is there a marriage mod that allows me to marry that girl Nimphanath? (one of the people around the table in the cannable quests)

You could try my mod "Courting & Marriage". No guarantees, though! Jarls are in the MarriageExcludedFaction by default and have a unique voicetype that does not have the marriage conversation. But I have seen stranger things happen with this mod.

If it works for over 2,600 subscribers, it should also work for you. You have to complete the quest "The Bonds of Matrimony" and meet all objectives of the NPC you want to marry.

Igmund is male, perhaps? Besides him being male, he's a jarl and the jarls are in a non-marriage faction.
