With this build, you can inspire safely, have meatshields, not really worry about HP, and easy killing.

Build gameplay (Spree 1100) :

This build requires you to tie hostages and dominate and convert cops to heal constantly.
You also have the ability to shout to revive players.
DON'T CHANGE MEDS FOR FAKs, FAKs ARE USELESS WITH THIS BUILD BECAUSE YOU HEAL CONSTANTLY.
as Chains say : GET THE ♥♥♥♥ UP



Say goodbye to flashbangs.
note : underdog can be changed to anything else, I took it because I have some remaining skill points



Body Expertise is one of the best skills to have due to it's properties.
Surefire gives the ability to pierce through armor and gives extra 15 rounds.
Surefire aced and Body Expertise works together pretty well.
Fire Control and Steady Grip improves accuracy and stability.



This skillset will be targeted for dodging and Silent Killer.
I won't be using Sneaky Bastard skill because this build doesn't care about concealment. Same goes for Low Blow.



Adds 1 more down, and infinite ammo.
note : if your skill points aren't enough for Swan Song Aced, DON'T TAKE BASIC SWAN, it's basically useless.

And yes, you can use armor with this deck. Though I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

M308 is a very good weapon for both DLC and non-DLC players. With silent killer, it can reach 214 dmg.



5/7 AP Pistol is the best pistol IMO, but it will burn through ammo pretty quick.



Nova's Shank can shank enemies at extreme speed so you can dominate faster.



Concussion grenades can be used when you're in a pickle.

The one and only, two piece suit. any other armor will work but it won't have 50 dodge as a base value.



Meds, use them when you're downed 4x (Normal-Death Wish) or 2x (One Down).

Yes, I didn't write about Boosts, use any at your own will.
If you want cooler boosts, use ABAP[paydaymods.com] which adds weapon mods. Extra ammo is very handy.

Use single fire on the M308, toggle it by pressing V (default key) on your keyboard.
Use auto fire on M308 when you're on Swan Song because your bullet won't finish, but don't keep on firing on auto when you fall.
Use 5/7 to kill shields, yes it penentrates the shield.
Use the Concussion Grenade to run from enemies or to inspire safely.



If you have DLC, change the 5/7 to China Puff GL or Arbiter, it helps crowd control A LOT. Though I prefer the Arbiter more than the China Puff.

Aim for the head even though Body Expertise is present, this will most probably 1 hit all enemies except dozers ofc (Normal - One Down / Crime Spree ~800).

When facing a dozer at One Down or extremely high Crime Spree, use the autofire mode to shred the dozer. Dozers take about 1-2s to kill with facemask on.

Have a somewhat decent aiming skill, ammo pickup is decent for the M308 but terrible for the 5/7.
