Smooth Scrolling

Opis
Makes scrolling smooth. Everywhere. Sorry for poop gif quality, there's a 1MB limit.

Overrides: UIScrollbar.
Incompatible with my Capped Scrolling Speed. You should switch to this one, it has that functionality included.

The mod launcher said this was 'not compatible' but OMG it made everything so much nicer and I swear i gained like 20fps or something wtf

Love this mod, but is there any reason none of the scrollbar mods don't affect the options menus, like the keybindings?

@mayrenise123, @J. FAITH, @merkava808: Just use the community made launcher, google it. Alternative Mod Launcher XCom2 should give it to you. The official ones are all just BAD.
