River Point is one of the newest entries to Chicago's downtown - at the time of writing this, the building doesn't even appear on Google maps yet. It opened this year as an ultra-luxury office high rise just to the west of the Loop. This building was constructed over active Amtrak rails, and due to local ordnance contains a large public plaza at the base (not included, lol).

This puppy took a while, and I went through many iterations of it before settling with this one. The game handles shading and smooth faces a bit differently than Blender, so it's something I'm getting used to. (Btw, don't be fooled by Sketchfab - the windows at the bottom front are completely reflective in game)

Scale - 1:1
Height - 220m (52 floors)
Footprint - 9x6
Tris - 2600 (LOD 300)
Textures - 1024x2048 (d,s,n,i) (LOD 512)

Ploppable RICO ready - 90 offices

Holy crap. Chicago is blowing up. I've been using Google maps to do a Chicago map.. the Vista Tower (under construction), the 'tuning fork', the wolf point bulidings, and now THIS are all not yet on Google maps. Also some of the medical buildings in/near Northwestern.

I do see how the amtrak rails are covered though, I know exactly where this goes. Great work!
