normaly you can force SB to load another mod before your mod if is installed
you need add in the _metadata file of your mod
"includes" : ["name_of_the_mod_you _want_load_first"],
(the name not the friendlyName)
if you need more mods load first
"includes" : ["first_mod_name", "second_mod_name" ],
