Jackie Fish: GRAND DWARF RECONQUERING OF KARAK KADRIN

Karak Kadrin
Welcome to the Greenskin version of Karak Kadrin.

Karak Kadrin, is a Dwarf Greenskin stronghold in the World's Edge Mountains, and home to the Dwarven Slayers currently occupied by the Greenskins.

The Karak Kadrin was my attempt at a loreful recreation of a Karak siege, and as such this map it was not meant to be a fair fight, but a fun fight. With this version I aim to do justice to what a Greenskin occupied Karak Kadrin would look like.

Will you and Ungrim take back the Slayer Keep from the Grobi scum, or will Grimgor and you slaughter the Stunties at the gates and on the bridge? Let me know whose side you're on!



Features
This mod contains a siege battle and a land battle version of the map.

The siege version is under siege battles, and is called 'Siege of Karak Kadrin (Greenskin)'.

The land battle version is listed under land battles, and is called the 'Battle of Karak Kadrin (Greenskin)'. This is the version without walls.

The map features a single large bridge crossing the chasm to Karak Kadrin, which should give a pretty big advantage to the defending team. The siege version has walls and a gate before you reach the bridge.

The map supports the maximum of 4v4 players, but the bridge might get a bit crowded.

Note: Due to the way that this is added as a siege battle, all players will need to be subscribed to this mod in order to play the map in multiplayer. This will be fixed as soon as CA allows us to officially make siege battles.

I've added the map to the campaign (GCCM).



Finding the maps
- Go to siege battles
- Look for the map Siege of Karak Kadrin (Greenskin) Note that it does not have a wrench icon!

- Select land battles
- Look for a wrench icon, the land battle is called Battle of Karak Kadrin (Greenskin)

@Uthsavi That version is included in this mod already, under land battles :) But I assume you mean that it would be nice to have it as a seperate mod, so that it automatically downloads in multiplayer and does not cause incompatible versions?

I think another version without the wall, just a normal battle, is a good idea.

I've thought about it, but I'm kind of hesitant about uploading many different versions of essentially the same map, I'd feel as if I'm spamming ;) If there is more demand for it I might reconsider though.

Hmm, maybe upload a second version of this map that does not include the siege, land battle only. So that way I can only download the land battle portion of this map so my game will not become incompatible with other players.

@Lumpymayo Yes, because of the way that it is implemented as a siege battle, everyone will have to be subscribed to the map. I can fix that once CA officially allows us to make siege battles.
