Low End Retail Filler

In real life, some buildings get to have breathing room. But for some silly reason, the cims don't quite get that, yet they still complain about a lack of parking spaces or not being able to find the nearest hotdog stand. Luckily for you, I've addressed this problem with commercial filler lots!

These are low-level, low density lots. They help add in parking spaces, concrete spaces, and other wonderful business things to help break up commercial buildings so they all don't huddle together.

I highly suggest you set the smaller lots to a higher spawn rate with the Building Themes tool. Otherwise it's just going to be shady used auto dealers and parking lots all the way down the road...
