yeah you can place functional parking places (with more beautification) that you dont see but will be used by traffic :-)

I noticed a car pulling up under the awning on a gas station lot that I placed in my town, the garages work too.

yeah the end result is pritty darn handy in game if i may say so myself :-)

PS did you get the mod i showed under the car parking garge? nice litlle tool for adding props on buildings!

but on topic, there are multiple programs that can be used, i believe Blender is most used these days and there are videos on youtube explaining how and what to do if you want to create assets, i just stick with trying fixing the mess the Workshop has become these days :-) currently thinking about making a same kinda set for all the cars/vans/truck there are, but that will be a huhge! project

Hehe im not the creator of these Assets ;-)

My goal is to creat sets that not only are a set on Workshop but also In-Game by matching their stats to their size, recreate Thumbnails so they are easy to use and sort them togheter so they are easy to find while playing the game. I also remove/add props, add/update light and above all give people the freedom to place an asset the way they like, hence the PRS/POG/PAB etc.

Got a question, what program do you use to create your work? I use to us Gmax with SC 4 but I down loaded 3ds max, are there any good tutorials? I would like to create some of my old stuff for CS. Thanks.

Indeed these where the things i missed the most, parking garages and gas stations!

Strange that the lights arent working, i did update all assets to be AD ready.
Ill have a look at it later today and might update it, if you find any more "broken" assets please let me know! Its good to get some feedback and im happy to fix issues!

Yes, I noticed you did those too - which are great, more parking garages we need in our cities. But I've got an issue with one of your parking garage, "Small Parking Garage 5" it doesn't have any lighting within, or around it - so it goes completely dark AD. Is that suppose to be like that? It really doesn't matter, but I thought I would point that out to you, it would look so grand if it lite up at night. Cheers!
