Drop and loot 2.0 tweaked

This is the original mod by Lepo, I only changed some things that did not like.



So with the original mod you could get socketables from any level at any level. What I did here is change that, so socketables drop according to your level. Also now if you combine 3 socketables you should get one according to the level of the ones you combined.


Aditionally the Iron/void/chaos/blood embers did not have the same drop rate as the Fire/spark/poison/Ice ember, and now they do.
