Your welcome! Other placement styles incomming are:
PAB = Ploppable Anywhere Building (doesnt do anything/ no AI but can be placed anywhere)
GRO = Growable Low Commercial lvl 2 (growable versions)

Yes explenation is on the way, im still uploading assets :) but in short:
PRS = Ploppable Roadside
POG = Ploppable On-Ground (Front of asset needs to be placed within 2 cells of road to function)
