Lightning during Thunder Storms support for Climates Of Tamriel - Lite version,

This 'patch' mod requires Climates of Tamriel to already be installed via Steam Workshop

Enables the "Lightning during Thunder Storms" mod to detect the bad weathers that justify Lightning Strikes within "Climates Of Tamriel" weathers.

If your really lazy like me and just want Awesome Storm Weather Experiences then check out my collection and install all the requirements with one click. These mods have been fully tested together by myself and the other mod authors.

Note: This version of the patch mod is not compatible with the Nexus version of COT, there is another Nexus patch mod[skyrim.nexusmods.com] under optional downloads if you are using the full version of Climates of Tamriel hosted by Nexus.

This patch mod is like an add-on to both the above mods written especially for supporting the COT weathers.

My main mod "Lightning during Thunderstorms[skyrim.nexusmods.com]" is a standalone mod. (it does not require this patch mod or the COT mod to be installed).

"Climates of Tamriel[skyrim.nexusmods.com]" is a standalone mod (it does not require my main mod or this patch mod to be installed).

This patch mod however is NOT standalone! It does require at least the COT mod to be installed, as it has a dependency on that master to locate the bad weathers within COT that I can play Lightning strikes in.

It doesn't have a dependency against my main mod but would be pretty useless unless that mod was also installed ;o)

I hope that kinda explains how they hang together, any questions, feedback and especially requests and bug reports are more than welcome.

And when I said it was small I wasn't kidding (8.00 KB) compared to the Logo image (171.00 KB), it is tiny (basically just a form list holding some weather ids, it will not conflict with anything but it does have that dependency on COT to be installed before starting your game or you will get a Crash-To-Desktop ;O) You have been warned...

Can't see what? I assume you have the main lightning mod + COT + this patch mod installed? Is that correct? To clarify, this patch mod is just a small collection of COT weather ids that should trigger the main lightning mod to create storm weathers with Lightning strikes.

This is a patch mod so collides with nothing - it does require COT to be installed.

dear author; i would like to know about any common mods which collide with this one, and i cant seem to find the data file in the launcher menu sincerly sick my duck

You need to have both installed, the standalone for the lightning strikes and the patch mod to allow them to work within COT weathers. In total for COT support you need to have all the following mods installed:-

* Climates of Tamriel Lite
* Lightning during Thunder Storms
* COT Lightning patch

This mod doesn't run in my game. I'm sure of it. Had plenty of storms already. I believe I have noticed 3 different types of storms in the COT. No lightning hitting the ground around me yet. But I've tried your stand alone version.

Got it all Working I get a occational crash on lighting strike so got the nexus Patch will try again seems to be working otherwise

Yea man, The Nexus version is COT 2.0 only released on Monday. But as I said it requires my Nexus version of the patch which is available from my Nexus version of the mod under 'Optional Downloads'. The Main lightning mod is the same on both Nexus and Steam Workshop so you should be Ok with that one.

will try and not sure on the version i will likely undo both and get the Nexus version as it seems to be more updated

Another to try mate is to unsubscribe and delete the patch then re-subscribe to get it to download again.

Also the patch is specific to the Steam version of Climates of Tamreil Lite! If you have the Nexus version of COT then you will get the CTDT. If you are running the nexus version of COT then get the patch from Nexus rather than Steam WorkShop.
