The RICO version of Andrew's House.

Costs 2,500 in RICO's low-density residential tab.

A 5x8 level 1 low-density residential which contains two households.

It's a fairly typical looking duplex for where I come from. Good starter home or suburban rental property.

This is more of a showpiece asset.
It should not be used dozens of times in a neighbourhood.

The textures are 2048x2048 for the main model (which is waaay too much for a house) and 256x256 for the LOD.
All maps included, except a colour variation map.

1,274 tris for the main model
100 for the lod

It also uses the bamboo fence from the Pearls From the East DLC, which I believe is free - and a lovely shed that rik4000 did.

Small disclaimer: I'm a hobbyist and probably won't do any updates to this asset. If you want to do some work to it yourself, here are the files I used to create it[drive.google.com]. It's as-is. I hope you like it. If you find a bug, I'll see what I can do. Fake floors are fixed, btw. Just learned what those values mean.
