How to align background with Workshop Showcase

We all know the steam background cropper, which allows you to get a transparent artwork, or artwork aligned with your artwork/screenshot showcase, or whatever words you want to use to describe that. But in this guide, i'll be showing not exactly the same thing, but something very similar, and it's for the Workshop Showcase.

This guide will help you to get a Workshop showcase similar to this:

NOTE: This only works if your Workshop Showcase is the first showcase on your profile, it's just much easier than the other guide.

Step 1: Find your background

You need to choose which background you want to use, for this guide, i'm going to be using Stargazer - Shadow in the Trees background.
Once you have chosen your background and bought it, you need to find it in your inventory and click "View Full Size"

After that, you will be on a browser page showing you the background, you just have to save the picture to your computer (or laptop or whatever you use)

and you're almost done, let's move on to step 2!

Step 2: Photoshop!

Alright, so we have the background now, the next thing to do is to save the template below:

great! now we need to use a bit of Photoshop.

open the background with photoshop, then put the image of the template you saved before, it should look like this:

(Make sure the image layer is after the template layer)

Step 3: Editing Workshop

All what you have to do next, is to crop the workshop template alone, and you're done!

Step 4: Cropping and Uploading

Hello, first I should thank for your guide it was really usefull for me great information, but I have a question is this guide possible for artwork showcase ?! cause I want to align my artwork showcase with a background is it possible?
