Her's few things you'll need to know before you start.

I sugest to buy only human powers in your first pleythrough.
This will help you get in to closed rooms, hack computers for emails and repair stuff. You also need Gunsmith skill level III to fully upgrade a weapon.

Don't waste neuromods on Leverage skill, you can remove any heavy obstructions with recycler charges. Just be carefull not to recycle any dead bodies.

After getting to Psychotronics try to always have 20 neuromods on you, this will allow you to get all Typhon power related achievements. Just Save your game before attempting one, buy necessary power, do achievement and reload your save.

In another playthrou don't buy any powers and make manual save before last quest.
Buy any Typhon power and finish the game to finish will all Typhon powers to get Split Affinity achievement. Reload save and finish the game again with no powers to get No Needles achievemnt.

Unfortunetly you can't reload it again and get all Human powers ending for Split Affinity but if you follow my guide you already have it.

I will add videos as I go through the game.

You scanned your Phantom Shift duplicate with the Psychoscope.

To get this achievement you'll need Phantom Shift power. Level I if you have chipset for fast scan or level II if you don't. Use the power and turn around to scan your dubble.

You fled Talos I aboard Alex's escape pod before completing your mission.

First you will need escape pod key card which you can find in Alex Yu apartment in Crew Quarters. Escape pod is located in Arboretum. To get inside you will need Hacking IV to unlock computer in Alex Yu office. Get inside the pod and start launching sequence.

You rescued Dr. Igwe from a cargo container.

After you get out of Deep Storage side mission "Rescue Dr. Igwe" will start. It's a timed event and if you fail it you will miss the achievement. Goal here is to save Dr. Igwe trapped in the container.
All you need is the number of the container witch then you must put in cargo bay computer and dock it. This will unlock the achievement.

You escaped Talos I aboard Dahl’s shuttle with only Dahl.

To get this achievement you must kill everyone except Dahl and perform an apto-regressive neurotomy on him.

You used Electrostatic Burst to drop two or more Operators at once.

Buy Electrostatic Burst Typhon III power, find 2 Operators near each other and blast them with this power.
There's a lot of opportunities to do this later in the game.

You killed Luka and avenged Abby.

You can find Luka in Crew Quarters cafeteria posing as Will Mitchell. Save the game, kill him and achievement is yours. Then load the game.

You found all the smuggler's dead drops.

Get TranScribe off of Lily Morris body in Arborwtum and listen to it to start Smugglers Ring quest.
There are 6 dead drops hidden in Talos I station. You can locate them by looking for an alarm bell with red light lit above it.

You helped Igwe, January, and Mikhaila meet in your office.

You will meet January as part of the story, just don't kill him (or kill him for an achievement and reload).
You will run in to Dr. Igwe after Deep Storage. He will be floating in space in a cargo container. Save him (see Adrift).
Mikhaila is in Power Plant and need medicine. Give it to her and she will be later in your office.

You found Dr. Calvino's secret stash.

During mission Through a Glass Darkly you will get acces to Dr. Calvino's looking glass workshop in Hardware Labs area. In it you will find Dr. Calvino’s Tumbler. Right nest to the stairs there's a small table with a heater or something on it. Put the tumbler on i to unlock secret stash.

You fully upgraded a weapon.

Check out Missing Perosns section for videos with Wepon Upgrade kits locations.

You killed an enemy while using Combat Focus.

Simply buy Combat Focus and kill anything while it's active.

You found and listened to all the messages you left for yourself.

To get this achievement you have to listen to 11 recordings.
3 of those are unmissable parts of the story.
There are 6 audio recordings on Morgan Yu computer in Crew Quarters.
Finally there is on TranScribe hidden in Alex Yu office in Arboretum and final TranScribe in Alex Yu bunker at the end of the game.

You used Mindjack to free a mind-controlled Human.

To get this achievement you need power Mindjack. Scan mind controlled humans to unlock it.
Once you buy it use it on mind controlled human.

You completed the game without killing any Humans.

You repaired (20) objects on and around Talos I.

Plenty of opportunities to repair stuff out there.

You blasted yourself as an object for at least 20 meters while in normal gravity.

One of the best spots to do this is in Arboretum. You gonna need two typhon powers, Morph I and Kinetic Blast I. Get as high as you can, preferably up to the Alex Yu office. Then drop a small object, take its form and blast yourself over the edge with Kinetic Blast. You need to fly for 20 meters for achievment to unlock.

You met January for the first time.

Story related and can't be missed.

You found Gustaf Leitner’s Connectome for Dr. Igwe.

Late in the game, after you save Dr.Igwe he will contact you and give you a side quest “Gustav Leitner”. This will happen near Crew Quarters entrance in Arboretum.
Simply complete this quest.

You killed every Human on and around Talos I.

I and It Achievement / Trophy Guide - You killed every Human on and around Talos I.

To get this achievement everyone must die by your hand.
You will void the achievement if mind controlled enemy explodes, dies on enviroment damage, gets killed by typhon or turret. You must kill them yourself so the best way to do it is to stun them first and then kill them with a wrench. To be sure check out bodies after you shoot them from the distance. If there's no head it's probably best to reload save.
You can check your stats to see if you got the kill.
First 36 people have to die before Dhal arrives on the station. He will give you a side quest "Showing Initiative" during witch you will have to kill 4 more mind-controlled people.
If he don't give you this quest you left someone alive, reload save.

You completed the game in the most empathetic manner possible.

To get this you need +4 empaty poitns at the end of the game.

You recycled yourself.

Very simple. Once you get recycling charge throw it under your feet.

You created a Phantom using Phantom Genesis.

Simply buy Phantom Genesis power and use it on dead body to unlock this achievement.

You acquired a Typhon power.

You acquired a Human ability.

You returned to the Simulation Lab and completed the tests in Rooms A, B, and C.

For this one you will have to buy Mimic Matter I, Kinetic Blast I and Remote Manipulation I. Get back to the test rooms located in Neuromod Division area and complete test using those powers.

You mimicked a Mimic.

For this one you gonna need Psychoscope upgrade Mimic Detection Gen 1 (you will get it during mission “Detour”) and Mimic Matter typhon power (scan Mimics to get it).
Locate mimic posing as an item and mimic that item using Mimic Matter power.

You killed (5) Mimics in 5 seconds.

There is a bunch of mimics in Lab A in Psychotronics area.
Use Typhon Lure to get them all in one place and then kill them with recycler charge.

You located all employees on Talos I.

This will be a long section as there are a lot of collectibles to find in this game. Fortunately you don't need to find ALL missing persons, mails and audio logs. I unlocked those achievements after finding about 90-95% of those so ther's a slight margin for error.

Some sections are divided in two parts. That's because you can't get everywhere at first and you have to get to the area later. So if you can't get to a collectible just play the game and get back to it when you upgrade your skills or when you get necessary keycard or password.

In my videos you will find locations of missing persons, emails, weapon upgrade kits, neuromods, chipsets, fabrication plans, passwords, passcodes and keycards and transcribes. At least those I found but that's more than enough for Cold Dead Hands, Missing Persons, Press Sneak, Psychometry and some power related achievements.

You read the entire Starbender series and don't regret it.

Starbender books are placed all over the Talos I but you can find. Only 6th and the last book is always in Alex Yu’s suite in the Crew Quarters.

You found and listened to all TranScribe recordings.

See Missing Persons section for all collectibles.

You killed Alex.

At the end of the game you will finaly meat Alex in person. Stun him so he don't run and kill him.

You used a single Recycler Charge to recycle at least 20 objects.

You can get this one easily in Ballistics Lab located in Hardware Labs area. Throw recycler charge in the same spot I;m throwing in the video. If you have any problems you can always save game, drop 20 unique items from your inventory to the ground, recycle them with recycler charge and load your game.

You found out what happened to Mikhaila's father and let her know.

Unlocks after completing Mikhaila’s entire quest chain.

You mimicked (20) or more unique objects.

Obviously you gonna need Mimic Matter typhon power for this. Find a place with a lot of small items and start mimicking them. Make sure you have a good supply on Psi hypos on you. If you run out of objects to mimic drop small items from your inventory.

You completed the game once acquiring only Typhon Powers and again acquiring only Human abilities.

During your first playthrough get only human abilities and get all collectibles related achievements. On your second playthrough don't buy any powers and save your game before starting last quest. Finish game without powers for No Needles achievement, reload save, buy any typhon power and finish Prey one more time to unlock this one.

You killed January.

January is an operator you will meet as a part of the story. Save your game, kill him and load your save. Easy as that.

You killed an enemy while they were Lifted.

Very simple. Buy Lift Field I Typhon power and kill enemy while he is lifted by it.

You completed the Shipping and Receiving objective and no human lives were lost.

This can only be done during “Cargo Bay Defenses” mission.

You will be asked to place 3 turrets near the dooor to Cargo Bay B. Make a save before opening the door. It's not that hard, as soon as you open the door throw Typhon Lure inside and unload everything you have at aliens. I don't recommend useing Recycler Charge becouse ther's one named phantom inside needed for Missing Persons achievement, Just kill Typhons as quickly as you can and if you have problems you can always lower the difficulty in menu even during a playthrough.

You performed an apto-regressive neurotomy on Dahl.

Late in the game guy named Dahl will come to Talos I but first you need to save Dr. Igwe (see achievement Adrift). If you do he will give you a quest to capture Dahl alive. Dahl is hiding in Atmosphere Control in Life Support. Stun him with a disruptor gun and go to Neuromod Division for next transmission from Igwe.
Finish this side quest and achievement will unlock.

You used Psychoshock on a Human.

To unlock Psychoshock typhon power scan Phantoms or mind-controlled humans. Then kill a mind-controlled human with this power. Easy to do in Crew Quarters.

You consumed one of every type of food and drink on Talos I.

Just eat everything you find and it will pop up.

You used the Psychotronics satellite to dismiss or summon the Typhon Nightmare.

To unlock this you need to complete side quest "Mixed Signals" and to get that quest Nightmare has to spawn to hunt you. During my playthrough one spawned late in the game after I already killed 7 Nightmares roaming around Talos I. You can also spawn one by buying 3 typhon powers. 10 or so minutes after you kill it January will give you a quest to repair a communication satelite. For this you will need Repair III skill and after you compleat this quest you will get 2 audio logs, one to summon a Nightmare and one to dismiss it. Simply play them from your data tab. You can use them limited number of times but first summon will give you the achievement.

I've seen that many people have problem locating KASPAR.
Here's a short video to help you with that.

To get inside I.T. Supply Closet first you need to kill 36 people before Dhal arrives (check out my I and It video).
This way he will give you a side quest "Showing Initiative" in witch you have to kill 4 mind-controlled people. One of them will have I.T. Supply Closet Key Card.
