Star Wars Related - Duel of the Fates Modded - [Star Wars Characters V2]

With the permission of 'JamyzGenius – Jesus F.G. – Steam: JamyzPunchThis!”, I decided to modify and update the modded version 1 of his Duel of the Fates map adding new features

This new version brings improved textures with also new visual effects, a new force jump mechanic, star wars skins, and the famous laser trap from Star Wars ep 1.




Features:

Force Jump mechanic:

-By pressin the key 'Enter', you will activate the force jump mod which only last 4 s . During that time, you will be able to jump significally highter. This feature has been added so that the player can now jump from a footbridge to an other.
Note that you won't be able to use this force jump mod again before 20 s.

Ability:

Since the map is kinda big, the player can now run faster once the sprint is activated.

Skins:

You will be able to choose between Darth Maul and Qui Gon Jin . As for non-hero selection classes, you can play as Starkiller from Star Wars the Force Unleashed and some Siths for the dark side.

Models included in the adaptation:

To select Qui Gon or Darth Maul with their respective powerup , you need to go where the models are located and change your loadout in front of them (or take the same whatever) and then press E . This is right before enter the pit arena. This place is before entering the door that leads the hall that connects to the pit in which Qui Gon dies in the movie. If for some reason the character is not loading, or if your character textures got messed up. Please change loadout and try again. The best method is that if you choose a hero, and you want another hero. You should change loadout every time you want to choose a new hero. Otherwise you may be able to spawn randomly, Qui Gon or Darth Maul while in-game, but without the powerup.

Note: Size of the map

This version is a bit smaller because you don't have acces to the hangar. This choice has been made so that players can find each other more frequently and that the fight focus in the main area of the map.


Bug:

- If u press E when near a heroe pickup before changing your loadout you will have some glitchy textures.

Just a reminder that this map has been modded under his permission, and the changes made were to improve the overall experience of the end-user.But do note that this release has been modified by me in a standalone manner. Texture Credits:

This map includes Textures from a mapper from Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy called Boddo. This guy made a remake of the Duel of the Fates map in the past for Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy.

Note: The map for Chivalry is not Boddo or S.Robisons/CyerPunkCafe map.

The map you see in Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is the map JamyzGenius, or the actual creator of the first Duel of the Fates author (JamyzPunchThis!) did for Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy. But do note that the final version has been built by him in GTK Radiant and ported using UDK and Noesis.
