アニメーションアセット作成について
回転プロップ作成と同様に、頂点ペイントの明るさでUVメッシュ内をテクスチャがスクロールする距離が変わります。
テクスチャの縦のピクセル数をYとして、面を頂点ペイントの明るさ＝HSVのV(0.00～1.00)で塗っている場合、
テクスチャが上から下にスクロールしてくる距離はYに対してVの比率になるようです。
その距離をスクロールするとテクスチャが元のUVの位置に戻りループスクロールします。
白(V=1)で塗ればスクロールはせず、黒(V=0)で塗ればテクスチャの縦幅全体をスクロールし、
50%グレー(V=0.5)なら半分の距離、白に近い明るさ90%グレー（V=0.9）なら10%の距離をスクロールしてループします。
多分1ループ分にかかる時間はどのVでも変わらないようで、Vが明るいほどスクロールする速度が遅く見えます。
