An add-on for | Vμν ⟩'s Hypothetical Stars that adds functionality similar to Stellar Energy to its star classes. Special thanks to ShadowDragon8685 for providing the inspiration for this mod.

Hypothetical Stars hasn't been updated to 2.1 either, so we're all waiting on that I suppose...

hhhhhhh sweet heck how long has it been since I touched stellaris mods

I'll try to get most of my mods updated by next week - been quite busy with IRL and other games

It seems to work as intended as long as you have both of the requirements. When playing with friends, we constantly get a desync issue, but I currently have dozens of mods installed, so that probably isn't this one causing it. Especially as it is a Pop_modifier desync.

@| Vμν ⟩ not in particular, just seemed appropriate considering their extreme nature and rarity. I may change it at some point - maybe a resource specific to white holes?
