Global Hero Balance

***FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH PITCH BLACK DUNGEON***
***FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH CRIMSON COURT***

(just place global hero balance above PBD in the list)

This mod is an overall balance to most heroes combat skills and stats.
There are only buffs, no nerfs.
The objective was to make the less useful or important skills much more interesting and complex by adding synergy between classes.
I also added protections to the "heavy" tagged heroes according to their role and by removing some HPs.
Finally I removed the incompatibility between the Abomination and the religious people because : Synergy, again.

I can't list all the changes done to the combat skills but I can tell :

- Vestal : Buff Mace Bash and better heals (stacking heal, stress resist...)
- Plague Doctor : Better bleed, better crowd-controls
- Occultist : Litteraly no changes
- Man-at-arms : Added some self buffs on crush when the hit lands and debuff on retribution
- Leper : Better selfbuff, better crowd-control
- Jester : Hit harder on several skills and stacking heal on Inspiring tune
- Houndmaster : Better stress removal/resist
- Highwayman : A bit stronger and precise on some skills, debuff on grapeshot blast
- Hellion : Self debuff only applies when you hit, globally stronger and better buffs
- Grave Robber : Added debuffs on some skills and self heal on toxin trickery
- Crusader : Trying to add a lot to make his gameplay a bit more interesting rather than just "Hit or Buff". I used debuff on his attacks, small crowd-control and better support skills
- Bounty Hunter : Best Mark skill of the game, generally stronger, trying to distinguish his 2 melee attacks and his 2 hook attacks
- Arbalest : Attacks applies debuffs, battlefield bandage cure blight/bleed, trying to find some use for blindfire
- Abomination : A bit stronger and better selfbuff (removed incompatibility with religious people)
- Antiquarian : I don't care she is useful elsewhere I need her good in combat! Better buffs and dots

I thought balancing meant making strong skills worse but apparently not and you just buff all the bad ones to make all of them strong or at least better

Hi, "Tracking Shot 2", Highwayman skill, does: ACC base: 100% / DMG mod -80%, that's it

Very much hoping you update this mod for CoM, such a great mod during the CC days, would love to have this on my mod list again.
