This asset is set up in a similar way to GCVos's billboard, so I suggest you reference that guide if you're unsure of something.

You can either create your ads seperately and then apply to the texture when done or create them directly on the texture. Either way you'll want an add 106x164 pixels, which you'll need to scale down to 23x36 for the LOD texture. Make sure to turn the saturation and brightness of your ad down by 30-50% so it looks right in the game.

When importing the prop, select a template which puts your prop in the right category - I used the default kiosk for my own street ad. If you want to create several variations in one prop, then see this guide.
