Auto-hide HUD

解説
If menu panels are closed and you have not moved for more than 30 seconds, then HUD elements will be hidden. Interacting will unhide the HUD.

Compatibility for custom class charge bars: Variant Classes, Synergies' Classes, and Darkthan's Witch Doctor class.

No UI menu or any existing game data have been altered, that means this will not conflict on other mods.

This is a severed piece of my Torchlight II UI mod.

That's a good idea but unfortunately not what I have in mind for this mod's feature. The one I think for combat use is HUD Expanse but that seems suited for veteran gamers only. Since it seems I did not find it significant to make the skill and quick item buttons be static on screen.

@doudley: Thank you for a nice mod to hide the distractions, but it is good only for screen captures. I would suggest you add a hotkey feature to toggle the UI elements (this idea is from the iHUD (Immersive HUD) mod from Skyrim that has similar features). This way, we can even do combat of the game casually without seeing the UI as a distraction.
