Description
This Mod simulate Black- and Redout's for high G manouvers to bring e better feeling to dogfights. Dont just turn to your oponent and shoot, be careful with your ship.

Warnings at 4G, Effects at 5G

Basics:
- planetary Gravity has impact on G-Force
- artifical Gravity has no impact (not visible in ModAPI)
- calculating G-Force by velocitychanges per time
- Redout while speed-up direction down (to 45deg ), otherwise Blackout
- player position counts, no effects if you remote control a ship (if you dont move)
- no damage, no restriction to control
- HUD disappearing at Black- and Redout

Attention:
- 2019-10: added a recalculation of the G-Force related to max speed for Speed Mod users (useless for extrem high speed mods, then the effects will mostly not appear)
[G-Force is not directly related to speed, only to changes in the velocity, but for Wing use higher speed increases also the power of the wings]

I have no idea how to have this in space AND find a balance how everyone is happy with.
But for your question: yes, it should be possible to have a different behavior in space (would need a while to check the code, it is a little bit older).

I want this to be effective in space, but currently you would have to have an acceleration of somewhere between 60m/s² and 90m/s² for it to even start taking effect. Because of the scale difference in Space Engineers this is very unrealistic, is there any way to change how this mod effects the engineer in space alone, keeping the atmospheric and wings wide the same?

yes, if you have powerfull engines to get high-G in space. I think not with vanilla thrusters.

Dang, @CmdreRogers, I need to know how you edited this mod. I'm playing with 32000 m/s speed limit and G-force is non-existent for me...

Hi there, I wanted to use this mod on my server which has a highly increased speed limit, so I went into config and changed some settings to get it working right. Would it be alright if I was to re-upload it onto the workshop, I'll make sure to include full credit in both the title and description.
