If, like me, you have the problem with the transparent texture, try to open skin2.vmt with the VTF editor and change "alphatest" to zero. If you are already in SFM you don't have to reload all the scene, but go in the console and write mat_reloadallmaterials to refresh the texture. This work for me.

Just a side note, but her entire body, save for the arm pads and head, is transparent. Something must be wrong with the AO (I believe that's the term).
