Swooping Campaign Camera

Summary
This changes the campaign camera min and max height and the swoop angle path (Classic).
This works with both Standard and Classic campaign camera (standard rises vertically, classic has a swoop path).

Aim
I wanted to make a campaign camera which swooped in up close like Olympian Campaign Camera - WAAAGH Edition but with the ~45° angle of the vanilla game camera when zoomed out a bit (the 3rd pic on the modded side looks similar to vanilla's min height) whereas Olympian's camera points down more.

I tried and it seems I'll need to completely redo and test the mod with different values to make it the same in TWW2. I miss having this mod so will definitely get on it though I'm working on a lizardmen reskin atm.
