설명
Adds missing layer arrays to various planets that were missing them, so as to improve cross-mod compatability.

Note: This mod is a utility mod. While it does nothing interesting by itself, it provides the necessary framework for other, more interesting mods to function, such as these:

Note: As a purely-utility-focused mod designed to provide an expanded framework for other mods to build off of, it was given a very high negative priority of -9990, so that it'd hopefully be one of the very 1st mods to be loaded, with higher negative numbers reserved for bug-fixing mods. (For reference, Starbound's base-game assets have a priority of -9999, so that they could ideally be loaded before all others.)

@shadowwolftjc, thanks for the reply. Steams messing up and half the messages I'm suscribed to never message me on new replies, yet I'm totaly off of Fallout Shelter, unsubscribed from everything, and still get hundreds of spam from them. Should I remove all the utilities or just the planetary fixer? You also saved me a tun of work lol. If you havent seen my first mod I posted, it was a project I started to learn how Starbound scripts worked as I was going to try edditing your mod to make it work with my setup, then ended up getting off tract and by the time I remembered what I wanted to do, I came back here to see if there was an update and saw your message =)

@shadowwolftjc So it seems like users that use Frackin' Universe really don't need the legacy addons in general, since they seem to be incorporated into the base of FU as it is. Legacy dungeons and planets seem to even cause some conflicts on the matter.

@sirxanthor: As far as I know, Frackin' Universe already seems to cover what this mod does (and might likewise do the same with any/all of my other utility mods), so try running the game without the Missing Planetary Layer Fixer mod installed, and see if it works. (I believe it should work without my mod installed, since those mods that would normally require my utility mods to work list them as "included" instead of "required", just in case some other mod does the same things as my utility mods.)

Unfortunately it's not. I had thought it was until I started a new character. Then a tun of errors. Id throw a donation his way if I knew they would update these to work with FU. Shadowwolf makes a lot of great mods, but unfortunately my server has 122 mods and most of them require FU to work so I'm sorta stuck for now.
