UPDATE: Hello friends, I finally managed to update the mod to the latest SFO version. As many old units have already been incorporated into the main SFO, this mod will now be somewhat smaller in scope, featuring one to three units per faction. I will complete the mod in the coming weeks, and then start thinking about a port to Warhammer 2 and the combined campaign. Apart from the units, the mod contains some visual variations, like different colors for wyverns and boars.

FAQ
Q: Are these units lore-friendly?
A: It depends on your definition of lore-friendly. You may not find them in official books, but I feel they are quite plausible and don't break immersion. You won't see things like armored Slayers and VC skeleton bowmen here.

Q: Why should I use this mod?
A: Because the units are balanced and tweaked to fulfill a role and adapt in a seamless way to SFO and Warhammer as a whole. If you prefer somewhat of a surgical approach instead of simply adding a slew of new things, you would probably like the mod.

Q: I want to contribute, can I?
A: Sure. Feel free to provide suggestions or new units. You can even take over the mod if you want. Just keep the credit structure intact.

@Xenos Hi there. It's me again :steamhappy:
I was randomly browsing the total war forums when I saw your post about porting your mod to TWW2 (which, saddly nobody answered). So I suppose you're not planning to wait until norsca gets released to port your mod. I've read something, can't remember where though, that may interest you. From what I understood, the SFO team is using a formula or at least a well-defined method to balance units, which they give to other modders willing to make their mod compatible with SFO. Perhaps they're not paying much attention to CA's forums so they would have missed your post. I think it would be worth it to try getting in touch with them directly, via steam, or maybe you can find another way to contact them by looking at their Patreon page. I'm pretty sure they will help

@Ghettosaurus: Some units here use Norsca content, so unless I strip them out and port the rest, the whole pack would need to wait. Everyone is obviously free to do his own port, no problem with that:)

Any plan to port this to TWW2 now that all SFO content has been ported ? I have no idea how much work would be needed but I really loved your units so I'm just asking ;)
