Adds a collection of strong two-handed pistols, called handcannons, to the anvil and its upgrades. Their art is based on the Novakids' pistols, but they can be crafted by any character regardless of race. They have increased damage and knockback compared to their one-handed counterparts as well as special abilities. Currently there is a handcannon for tiers 1-5, but I may make more later or possibly add randomly generated handcannons to merchants and loot. This is my first attempt at modding, so if anything is out of the ordinary or broken then let me know and I'll do my best to fix it.
