For most people, if you grab unique vehicles and put them in your own garage, this achievement becomes a couple of minutes of easy gameplay for each delivery, and you'll be done in no-time!
Example 1: I picked 'Get a Halbred' -- then I stole a Halbred that happened to be driving next to me. I had to drive to the neighbourhood they were to be delivered to; the moment I went over the perimeter, I was instructed to drop-off the Halbred I had. Done and mission accomplished.
Example 2: I picked 'Get a Sovereign" -- then I went to my garage, pulled out my customized Sovereign (with nice paint, all upgrades to the chasis, etc). I had to drive to the neighbourhood the car was to be delivered to; the moment I arrived in the neighbourhood, I was instructed to drop off the Soverign I had. Done and mission accomplished.
