No Campaign Fog

As requested, this mod removes all distance fog from the map making the graphics clearer. Height fog is not changed. No other changes are made to colors or any other values.

The Empire is the main area that beneifts from this, as the badlands had no distance fog they are unchanged. Chaos wastes are also unchanged as this environment has heavy color changes which look worse without fog.

Should be compatible with all mods except those that change the lighting files. Kelstrs darker campaign map is the only one that I'm aware of. Savegame compatible.
