This is the most troll skin I'd ever tried. Two bad things I'd noticed while playing using it
1) Vanishing the First Aid Kit (while having it, swap it with either ammo pack or defibrillator)
2) Vanishing the Pills (swap it with Adrenaline Shot)

Imagine bringing it online...
