Overhaul:

Does following to player:

+75% Tax
+75% Economy modifier
+75 Growth/60 Horde Growth
+Campaign Attrition immunity
+150% Research rate
+25% Dropchance on Magic Items/Ancillarys

Savegame compatible for ongoing Campaigns.
Works with other Economic Mods wich edits the tables for Buildings only.

Big update today broke my save. I can only start a new game, which I have no desire to do until mods work again. Will you be updating this one?
