SOO relieved to finally get this out of the way, thanks for the guide once again!
Hopefully someone later down the line reads this before brute forcing it like I did :D
Interesting enough, there is 23 karma points, and your "Continue to live" only covers 22. (assuming killing grandma gives 2 - one for reading the note and one for killing her)
There is one more point when you travel with the cart, if you photograph the poem on the wall just before pushing the train car out of the way.
The karma points I left out:
Ballerina
Note on the shelf in granpas house (although I don't think this actually gives a karma point)
and two unknown karma points #20 and #21.
Oh well, I will give it another go...
Does this missing morale point have to be before the tunnels? Or how do I ensure my partner does not meet me at the end? I always thought it was by not giving the medkit, but you say that I should help everyone, so clearly that's not the way to do it...
