Few mayors have tried to build a city on this rugged rocks - they all failed.
Are you able to build a great city on this "tropical highlands"?

Thanks to MrMiyagi for his fantastic tropical Polynesia Theme and all the other contributors of trees, rocks and decoration!

This map is my first workshop content for Cities Skylines. Intention was to create a map that would be a bit more challenging. After playing this map for a while I thought it would be worth sharing it. Have fun.

Made some improvements to the theme! Much better water foam, better lighting (less harsh). If you find it dark, just turn off your Daylight Classic "Original sunlight intensity" option. Hope you like the changes! :)
