Corresponding to v1081 KF-Outpost.
Disable spawn over the hill (None Hill Spawn).
Fixed texture bug.

I'm not the original creater. Just supported it.

trouble shooting
If you get the error that version mismatch, clear Cache folder.
location:
<username>\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache

/*Dedicated server*/
1. Delete all file and foler in '232090' folder. (not include 232090)
location: <KF2 server>\Binaries\Win64\steamapps\workshop\content\232090

2. Delete 'appworkshop_232090.acf' file.
location: <KF2 server folder>\Binaries\Win64\steamapps\workshop
