No, hardware morph models aren't currently possible. We can't make those.

Despite both models being based on AyesDyef's original, this model is different from Max's in that it has refitted cosmetics that actually attach properly, plus it's currently up-to-date on Scout's in-game's animations. There are two models that are also standard faceflexes, but the second allows you to fiddle between left and right. They're probably under 'Unknown' instead of 'Face' because I have no idea how SFM works.
Sage has discontinued work on Femscout for now. Please do not demand more cosmetics or expect any future updates.

I figure this has been asked before, but is there a way to transfer this back into a tf2 mod? I was looking into wasy to convert the files but I figure its best to ask here first

That walk cycle looks like it was made for Max's Femscout, which has a different skeleton than this one. The normal Scout animation should be able to work here, since this is originally a TF2 mod.
