Hey folks, Deco here with an old school unit.

Inspired by HeroQuest board game and Chaos regiments from older WFB editions.

New unit for Warriors of Chaos recruited from Ruinous Altar. Heavily armoured and equipped with enchanted weapons, the Doomguard is an elite band of warriors that strikes fear into all but the bravest (or most foolish) of opponents.

+ Vanguard deployment, anti-infantry and magical attacks
+ Causes fear (shouldn't all Chaos Warriors have this??)
+ High leadership and damage output
+ Masters of Warfare (custom ability)
- Low defence (no shields)

For this unit I combined parts that I liked from Chaos Warriors and Chosen and reskinned them in dark (and somewhat reddish) undertones. I equipped them with a mix of swords and axes. Features custom loading screen and quote (taken from the board game). Ideas for balancing are welcome.

-It should be compatible with everything as it's just a units mod.

Yeap, we found the bastard :P I fixed it, check it out, it should be ok.

As for the collection, I have delayed it a bit as I've learnt to make custom abilities and adding them to my old units, so it will take a while.

Lol, that was funny! However, I downloaded Ultimate Chaos and Mixxu's Norsca Overhaul (Crynsos Edition) and my unit is showing fine: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=932685610

Maybe another mod on your list causes the problem? Or by Crynsos Norsca LL you meant another mod? Not Mixxu's?

Hey deco i have a little issue...idk if u are the one to contact or not...
I use the "ultimate chaos" mod and the crynsos norsca LL mod and it gave some of the doomguard gay purple helmets...

I also want to ask if ur gonna make a unit comp cause that will be epic to have all of them in a nice little pack
