Long Lived - Sort of balanced version

Description
Update: Does not appear to work with latest update according to users. I'll leave it up hear, but I don't know how to fix the problem.

This mod lets you pick up the Long Lived trait in species creation. The trait adds 1000 years to your leaders' lifespan, but at the cost of slower experience gain and greater hiring costs.

This version of the trait costs 3 points. Probably should cost more, but I don't want it to be too prohibitive.

You can also download a version that doesn't cost anything to select, and another version that has no cost or negative effects. Install only one version.

No trait cost version - http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=843903046

This is my first shot at modding Stellaris (or any game for that matter) and the mod is far from perfect. I may keep these updated with newer versions of the game if there is a demand, but otherwise will probably not spend more time on it. I mostly created/uploaded this because the old long life type mods weren't being updated by their creators anymore.

This mod was influenced by the "Mass Effect - The Asari Civilsation" mod.
