If you earned the 100% previously you must delete your game data in \AppData\Roaming\RenPy\TrickandTreat-1413512286
and all the files in the game folder. Revalidate the game files so all are reaquaried.

If achievements arn't unlocking like they should be doing or you are having issues with the "True Ending" make sure to verify the game files.
