Flamingo 1:
Located on the beach close to the gardening shed. You have to climb a set of wooden crates to see it or stand on the balcony on the first floor of the mansion.

Flamingo 2:
Located in the same area as Flamingo Nr.1. Amusingly enough I had both Nr.1 and Nr.2 spawn together.

Flamingo 3:
Facing the gate, it can be found on the left. Two flamingos can spawn in this area.

Flamingo 4:
Located right of your spawn location. It's right next to the driveway on the left of Flamingo Nr.3. Two can spawn in this area.

Flamingo 5:
Located left of Flamingos 1 and 2. It's a bit hard to spot if you're not on the balcony on the first floor.

Flamingo 6:
Located on a small island close to the garage next to the pier. Two flamingos can spawn in this area.

Extra:

You do NOT have to finish the heist to get the achievement or the trophy.

You'll get the achievement the moment you or a teammate destroys the second flamingo on the map.

For the trophy you can simply destroy the flamingos, then restart the heist until you get the trophy.
