Reminds you to get strategic resources from Trader Enclaves and the Festival from the Artists when you meet their criteria

This addon works exactly like my other addon, Curator-Insight Curator, except it handles the strategic resources and the artist festival instead.

A question: the companion mod Curator-Insight Curator got obsolete with 2.0, but this one did not? (I am just talking about the reminder mechanics, not the flavor text); i.e., Does the game still NOT remind you of strategic resources and the artist festival?

Just updated to Utopia/Leviathan this weekend, and saw how easy it was to lose track of the many deals as they expire. Thank you for yet another indispensible mod, Folk.

A modified start of the Navy Seals Gorilla Warfare copypasta should be good.
